By using Vista Website Studio and signing up as a Client, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, including those terms and conditions incorporated by reference. By placing any order with Vista Website Studio you agree to all our terms and it is your responsibility to read our terms. You acknowledge and agree that Vista Website Studio shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion, to pre-screen, refuse or remove any project and/or user provided content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable, including, without limitation, projects or content that is illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites religious, racial or ethnic hatred, or violates the rights of others. Activity that is brought to our attention which appears in our sole judgment to violate the law will be brought to the attention of the proper authorities. You acknowledge, consent and agree that Vista Website Studio may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms and Conditions; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Vista Website Studio, its users and the public.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

  • In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved, or a change is requested unless Vista Website Studio cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.
  • If request for refund is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible for 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee)
  • If request for refund is made between 48- 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern. No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project
  • No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered. For website packages no refund will be entertained once website development has been completed or once the website has been deployed live.
  • For Vista Website Studio/ Custom packages, refund will be applicable the same as it is on the single packages. For example, if you order logo and web design service and approve the logo, you can claim refund for the website service at the time of initial design only
  • The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company. (Change of mind, Death in the House, Any Occasion or function in the family etc.)
  • A refund request will need to have a valid reason which must be qualified against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions. Unless a concept has not been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be given however further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction Money back guarantee is based on that the order is placed in good faith. Where a customer has placed design orders with more than one design agency for the same job with the intention to claim refund, we do not consider it a good faith. In such a case we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
  • All hosting and design jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the design therefore it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback in order to get the desired results
  • You are legally agreeing to the terms and conditions by processing the order with Vista Website Studio.

Make it easy for everyone to see what projects they’re working on, communicate with their assigned project manager, and plan what comes next — wherever they are.

After signing up a project with us, the client will get an email with an invite for the Teamwork portal. The client will have to accept the invite and set a new password so that they can get in touch with their project manager with the communication needed to complete the project. Once the invitation has been accepted, the client can sign in to the Teamwork Portal.

Refund Policy

Vista Website Design’s refund policy will be void if;

  • You have chosen an All in one package.
  • The primary design concept has been approved.
  • You have demanded More Then 1 Revision.
  • You haven't accepted the Teamwork invitation.
  • The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.(Change of mind,Death in the House, Any Occcasion or function in the family etc.)
  • The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of project.
  • Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
  • Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief is incomplete/ lacking in required information.
  • A complete design change has been demanded.
  • The business is closing or changing name or business.
  • The project has been archived because of incomplete order brief or upon client's notice.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
  • If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.(if applied)
  • No refund can be claimed/processed once after the final files have been delivered to you following your request.
  • Refund and revision explicitly does not apply on items offered free.
  • The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 30 days, from the date of purchase.
  • Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, SSL and Web Hosting are not entitled to refund under any circumstances.
  • In case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
  • Note: Vista Website Design holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Vista Website Design. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

Inactive Accounts Policy

Vista Website Design shall archive any website project considering that it is under development phase after 90 working days of inactivity and there will be an additional cost involved for the re-activation of the project.
